Information we receive
When you email or call us, we may receive your name, contact details and the contents of your inquiry. When you submit checkout, we receive your name, contact and delivery details, selected products and any order notes so we can review and fulfill the request.
How we use information
We use this information to answer questions, discuss products, arrange and support orders, maintain necessary records and meet applicable legal obligations. Cart contents are stored in your browser. Checkout details are sent to us when you submit an order request. The contact form opens your email app and does not submit to our server.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers when needed to fulfill an order or operate our communications, and when required by law. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Fonts
